Comprehensive and Simplified Fault Diagnosis for Three-Phase Induction Motor Using Parity Equation Approach in Stator Current Reference Frame

In this paper, a complementary and simplified scheme to diagnose electrical faults in three-phase induction motor using the parity equations approach during steady state operation bases on stator current reference frame is presented. The proposed allows us identify phase affected due related side, such as sensors, voltage resistance. results obtained work complement detection system that uses DQ model of focused synchronous frame, which can detect stator-side but cannot locate phase. addition, considering practical operational aspects, residual set three simple algebraic are easy implement. simulation PSIM software experimental test allow validate scheme.
